Another Bureacaut

Since your inactive, I was thinking about appointing a new bureacaut. It's kind of hard handling this wiki myself, since I never wanted to be a admin here (I was just helping out because I was bored), and I might resign because of school, life, etc (I never said I will, but I will if I need to)
I think V.2.0.0b would make a good bureacaut, since he's one of the most active and think he's more experienced.
Do you think this wiki will need another bureacaut?

  Bureaucrats can be appointed, but not demoted easily. Therefore, this person must be a long-time admin who can be trusted with this role. After all, bureaucrats may appoint and demote admins and manage core features of the wiki.

  It's a good setup. You might want to make the text a bit more formal. Also, the ban time in guidelines is vague, perhaps it's a good idea to set a time period yourself. Like two weeks ban for IP Address (first time) offenders?

  I'd force longer sentences for IP addresses, I personally give only a day and then a week, two weeks, month etc. to existing accounts. You could split between normal accounst and IP addresss accounts if you will. Provided the normal account is not a bot (should you somehow discover that: perm ban :) )

  Using multiple adresses: Automatic Perma ban (no matter how many IP addresses)
  First time vandalism
  1~10 edits: 1 month
  11~30 edits: 4 months
  31+ edits: 6 Months+
  Vandalism after ban: double, triple, then Perma ban
  Inappropriate Content: 6 Months+, if the person still does it after ban is gone (which is extremely stupid, no life, and loner) Perma-ban
  Seems good?

  Once there's substancial evidence that someone is a vandal, I personally believe it should be a perma-ban. As I've said before, I have never seen a vandal come back and make productive edits.

  I separate IP and account bans because IP address violators, tend to be there to violate and therefore, can be banned for a long time. When someone has an account that doesn't look like it's made just for violation, it's easier to try and reason with this person, therefore not instantly ban his ass into eternity :p

  Maybe just make all vandalism bans permanent, and to become unbanned the person must apologize on his/her message wall. If the person comes back and vandalizes, another chance to apologize. After that, no chance to come back. It's his/her responsibilty to log off on a non-private use computer and not tell anyone his/her password.

  Vandalism: Perma-ban, possible to appeal via message wall. Another offense results in a perma-ban with no appeal
  Vandalism on a large-scale: Perma-ban, access to message wall blocked (no appeal)
  Hateful/inappropriate content (including flaming and excessive use of strong language): First time/less offensive content results in a warning. After that, ban time varies by how bad the content posted was/how much they posted. They are allowed to appeal until their third offense/they are perma-banned
  Badge cheating: 1 warning, then a temp-ban. Should they continue, a longer ban. If they persist after that, a perma-ban. No appeal once they are perma-banned.
  Image duplicating: 1 warning after 3 files are duplicated. 5 images results in a short ban. 7 means a long ban and 8 results in a perma-ban. Appeals allowed at every stage but the perma-ban.
  
  Just my suggestions. They probably need a bit of tweaking.

  Ok, it's a good ban scale. But for Hateful/inappropriate content, make it perma-ban, those kind of people should really get a life.
  Also, no warnings for unregistered users, no matter what. There fault for not registering.

  I seem fine with it. The image duplication, well change perma-ban to 7 and long ban to 6(after that short ban, they should learn a lesson). However duplicating the image with a better quality, that might be considerable (but I rarely see this happening).

  He keeps the base (design, blocks, towers, ect.), but he won't have any outposts. I had a friend that moved his base near mine, so I can garuntee you that he'll be just fine.
